Poultry farming
Synergy+ for the poultry industry
Inno+ combines energy recovery, emission control, and climate optimisation in our Synergy+ approach, making your operations more efficient and environmentally friendly. We achieve this with three core principles:
-
- Minimising nuisance for the surroundings
Our emission reduction systems are specially designed for the poultry sector and help drastically reduce emissions such as ammonia, particulate matter, and odour. This allows you to easily comply with increasingly strict environmental regulations and maintain good relations with neighbours.
- Minimising nuisance for the surroundings
-
- Optimising the living environment
A stable and healthy barn climate is essential for the health and productivity of your poultry. Our systems ensure optimal climate conditions in the barn, leading to improved animal welfare and higher productivity, allowing your business to operate more competitively and profitably.
- Optimising the living environment
- Maximising energy recovery
In poultry barns, much heat is lost through ventilation, but our advanced systems ensure up to 90% of this heat is recovered. This not only leads to significant energy savings but also to reduced CO2 emissions, making your business more sustainable.
By combining these three pillars, Synergy+ offers a complete solution for poultry farming. This system integrates energy savings, animal welfare, and environmental friendliness, ensuring that your business remains both sustainable and profitable.

Product combinations for broiler houses
In broiler houses, a stable climate is crucial from the very first day of life. Young chicks are particularly sensitive to temperature fluctuations and draughts, whilst in later stages it is overheating and high emission peaks that require attention.
At Inno+, we combine InnoClean, InnoHeat and InnoCool into systems that support this entire growth process: from heating at the start of the cycle to cooling in the final phase, and from emission reduction to maximum energy recovery.
Below are the most commonly used combinations for broiler houses worldwide.
Air scrubbing with heat recovery
Air scrubbing with heat recovery ensures an optimal house climate at low outside temperatures, precisely when young chicks are most vulnerable to draughts and the cold. The combination of preheated incoming air and space heating keeps the temperature stable throughout the whole house. By making clever use of heat recovery via the air scrubber, you can save up to 90% on your heating costs, without compromising on the climate for your chicks.
Heating and cooling
A broiler cycle requires a different climate at the start than at the end of the cycle. With a system that heats and cools all year round, you can maintain optimal conditions in the house 365 days a year, which directly contributes to growth and feed conversion. Heat exchangers in the air intake system provide heating in winter and cooling and dehumidification in summer, whilst heat from the house air is efficiently recovered via the air scrubber. This enables you to achieve the best, driest climate for your chicks at the lowest possible energy costs.
Cooling in broiler houses
InnoCool protects your poultry against heat stress during hot spells, when respiratory problems and reduced feed intake can quickly lead to poorer growth performance. As well as cooling, InnoCool also dehumidifies the air in the house, keeping the litter environment dry and manageable and reducing the risk of footpad problems. InnoCool thus ensures a comfortable, cool and dry environment and can be used as a stand-alone system, without InnoClean and InnoHeat.

Product combinations for layers' houses
For laying hens, the key is a constant and predictable climate throughout a long laying period. Fluctuations in temperature or air quality have a direct impact on laying rates and eggshell quality.
Inno+ offers various combinations of InnoClean, InnoHeat and InnoCool for laying hen houses, allowing you to tailor the climate to the needs of your house and your region.
Below are the most commonly used combinations for laying hen houses worldwide.
Air scrubbing with heat recovery
Air scrubbing with heat recovery ensures a stable house climate at low outside temperatures, without draughts or cold spots that negatively affect egg production. Preheated incoming air, combined with space heating, maintains an even temperature throughout the house. By recovering heat via the air scrubber, you can save up to 90% on your heating costs, whilst continuing to reduce emissions.
Air scrubbers with heat recovery and cooling
Air scrubbers with heat recovery and cooling provide a stable climate all year round, which is essential for a consistent laying rate. During the colder months, the combination of an air scrubber and heat recovery ensures a warm, draught-free house. As soon as temperatures rise, the system switches to cooling to prevent heat stress. This allows you to maintain the climate within the optimal range for your laying hens throughout the year, with minimal energy consumption.
Cooling in layers' houses
InnoCool prevents heat stress during hot spells, when laying hens eat less and both egg production rates and eggshell quality come under pressure. In addition, InnoCool dehumidifies the air in the house, which helps to create a drier litter environment and improves eggshell quality. InnoCool thus ensures a pleasant, cool and dry house climate and can be used as a stand-alone system, without InnoClean and InnoHeat.
Cooling and heating with a reversible cooling unit
This system combines heating and cooling in a single unit, featuring a reversible chiller that regulates the climate all year round via the same heat exchangers in the air intake system as in the combined heating and cooling system. In winter, the unit provides heating; in summer, it provides cooling and dehumidification, without you having to rely on two separate systems. This makes climate control in the henhouse simpler and more flexible, whilst allowing you to benefit from efficient energy use and a dry litter environment throughout the entire laying period.
