In a recent project, Inno+ has proven its expertise by providing custom solutions that are both practical and efficient. For a sow farm, home to 290 breeding sows and without a central air duct, an advanced external duct system was installed in consultation with Inno+. This system controls airflow per section using throttle valves, channeled through horizontally placed fans to the end of the duct. Here, the pressure chamber is located, which optimizes air flow for the entrance of the air scrubber, allowing for more efficient cleaning.

Inno+’s air scrubber, with a capacity of 45,000m³ per hour and an advanced vertical package, goes beyond just meeting the current requirements of the Brabantbesluit. These thoughtful systems are designed to perform not only now but are also robust and flexible enough to meet future laws and regulations. In conjunction with the existing chemical scrubber, this solution offers continuous air purification, with a smart integration of control and parameter logging that is already in place. This increases the system’s efficiency and reliability. The decentralized circulation of process water in the scrubber significantly reduces ammonia emissions by 90%.
